We offer free standard shipping worldwide!

Processing Times

Our order processing time is generally 1-5 days. Other factors, like stock status, time of the year and public holidays can also affect our processing time.

Shipping Time

We try to keep our shipping time as low as possible, usually 7-12 days, however it does vary from country to country.

VAT for European Customers

To improve your delivery experience, all our prices include VAT for all orders to Europe.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

In some countries, customs duty fees are required to be paid before you receive your product(s), usually applied when ordering products over a certain value.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that are frequently changing. Lumine Lights does not cover any duties/customs fees, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
